Learning Objectives
To allow the student to successfully use Quality Center immediately following the end of the class. The student will have a comprehensive understanding of tool use and potential.
Audience
Those new to Quality Center or who have not used Quality Center recently.
Prerequisites
A fundamental understanding of the testing process and commonly used testing terms.
A small amount of SQL and VB are contained in the presentation; experience in these tools is an asset but not required for understanding the content.
Version
This course is based on Quality Center Enterprise Edition V11.0. Reference is occasionally made to other versions (ALM, Starter Edition) but such references are minimal and given as asides.
Duration
This is a three day course which can be reduced to two days by eliminating or minimizing selected topics or extended to four days by including extended sessions for the Excel Report Generator and Sprinter.
