This is the opportunity for the instructor candidates to look behind the scenes to understand better the things they can do to enhance the learning experience for their future students.
For the remainder of day two, students will be challenged to present portions of the workshop to their fellow instructor candidates and the train-the-trainer session leader. At the end of each session, the observers will be asked to provide constructive feedback.
After all candidates have presented their sessions and received their feedback, the session will end with an open Question and Answer period focused on workshop delivery.
