Overview:
In this three-day hands-on Workshop, you will use one of your own projects as the basis for practicing the skills necessary to plan, schedule, and control a project. You'll gain experience identifying and assessing project risks and developing appropriate risk management strategies. In the process, you'll gain an understanding of the project manager's role and responsibilities, and how these change across the different phases of the project. Throughout this Workshop, you will apply project management concepts and techniques to the task of developing an initial project charter for your project
