Project Management / Business Training Overview
Students will learn how to use Microsoft Project 98 to manage a project plan after a project has begun. Students should have completed the Microsoft Project 98: Creating a Project (Windows 95) course and be familiar with such terms as Gantt Chart, task, critical path, and resource. Students should also be familiar with the Microsoft Project 98 environment.
Project management is a complex field that can involve subjective decision making. There is not one way to teach project management, and our courseware is not designed to teach all techniques nor to cover every aspect of project management. Rather, it sets up situations and examples that will best showcase the features and functionality of the MS Project software.
