Measuring Project Success
Overview:

The Challenge
Project Success is everyone's business. The Sponsor who requests the project, the project manager who directs it and the customers who will receive the benefit all want the project to be successful. But what is success? Does everyone define it in the same way? Who is responsible for defining project success? If the definition of project success is not clear, how do we evaluate the project?

The Solution
This advanced project management workshop examines some age-old questions in project management and comes up with some surprising answers. What is project success? Who is responsible? How do we measure it? When? Exactly what are the Sponsor and Project Manager accountable for? Failure to deal with questions like this at the start of a project can create significant difficulties after the project's conclusion. Join us in an in-depth look at this fascinating subject and take away insights on how to define and measure success in your own projects.
