Managing Change Within the IT Organization
Overview

This interactive workshop describes techniques for facilitating the change process. It helps to modify long-standing IT (information technology) organizational paradigms, examines types of change, and allows participants to explore the behaviors and feelings of those experiencing change. Role-playing activities assist participants in becoming agents for change.

Prerequisites

Participants who are unfamiliar with current technology trends should attend the Multi-Tier Client/Server Technical Overview.

Audience

IT managers and professionals at all levels.
