Lotus Training Overview
During this course you will send and reply to electronic mail using Lotus Notes 6.5+. Because Notes incorporates Lotus Instant Messaging (Sametime), you will also know when people are online so you can chat in real time.
Once you have the basics of mail mastered, you will learn all the options available when you send mail. Because mail is a key business application, you will learn how to organize mail into folders and to archive important messages.
You will learn also how to use the Calendar and how to schedule a meeting and send invitations to other people.
In addition to learning about Notes Mail, you will learn the most commonly used features as you use the Address Book, create a personal Journal, and participate in a shared discussion on a Lotus Domino Server.
