Domino Web Access 6.5 User Essentials
Lotus Training Overview

During this course you will send and reply to electronic mail using the IBM Lotus Domino Web Access (DWA) 6.5+ application over the Internet. Because DWA incorporates Lotus Instant Messaging (Sametime), you will also know when people are online so you can chat in real time.

To help you manage your relationships as well as assist in mail addressing, you will create contacts and groups in your Contact List.

This course thoroughly covers the Calendar and Scheduling features of Domino Web Access. You will use the Calendar to keep track of your appointments and to schedule meetings.

The Scheduler allows you to check your co-workers' schedules to see who is available for a meeting. You can reserve a room and other resources so that everything is in place when the meeting starts.

You will learn to use the To Do List, and view your To Do’s in chart form.

This course also shows you how to continue to use Domino Web Access while disconnected from the Internet and then synchronize changes when reconnected.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • send and receive electronic mail using Domino Web Access
  • know when other people are online and communicate with instant messages
