Overview
This three day interactive workshop was designed for Administrators who need to deploy and manage BusinessObjects Enterprise XI or Crystal Server XI. Some of the topics covered include an overview of the system architecture, how to use the web desktop and how to manage users and security. The course incorporates a number of hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process.

Working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server or XP environment is required.
