In this course, participants will learn how to use the tools that are part of the Hadoop Ecosystem.

After the completion of this course, you should be able to:
- Understand how to extract or upload data into HDFS using Hive and Pig.
- Develop workflows using Oozie to implement a multi-step Hadoop program.
- Configure and deploy a multi-node Hadoop cluster to develop a full cycle solution.
- Understand coordination and master/slave selection features provided by Zookeeper to keep the Hadoop cluster healthy.

Big Data Training Pre-requisites
- Participants should have attended the Hadoop Basics course or should already be aware of Hadoop concepts.
- Knowledge of Java concepts from an administration perspective is strongly recommended and is required to complete many hands-on exercises.
- However, people with non-java background will be provided adequate assistance / guidance / instructions as well.
- Prior knowledge of Apache Hadoop is not required.
- Basic UNIX or Linux command-line navigation and administration skills
- Fundamental data related concepts
- Awareness of the need for BigData solutions
