This powerful and practical intensive two-day workshop is designed to provide participants with enhanced knowledge, tools and skills for managing projects. Designed for maximizing productivity through the use of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel applications, this workshop uses a case study to demonstrate the effective management of a project. Students will leave the workshop with a series of custom-built templates ready to use on their next project.

Prerequisites
Participants should either be currently working in a project environment, or planning to do so in the near future. In addition, students should have the following experience:
- Successful completion of G703eng Project Management Fundamentals or similar practical experience
- Basic Windows user skills. Basic skills in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel (any version) applications would be advantageous but are not essential.
