Hardware/software Requirements
This course was developed using the Windows 95
platform; however, the manufacturers documentation states
that Outlook 2000 can also run on Windows 98 or Windows NT 4.0
with Service Pack 3 or higher installed, though some of the
screen displays might be slightly different.
You will need a minimum of 500 megabytes (MB)
of Random Access Memory (RAM) (Windows NT only: at least 4 MB of
available space in the registry). You will also need an
IBM-compatible PC with an x86 processor that meets the minimum
hardware requirements for the platform you are using, Windows 95
with Windows Messaging and Quick View turned on, and an Exchange
5.0 server. See your reference manual for hardware considerations
that apply to your specific hardware setup.
In addition, you will need printers if you want
to print the items created in the course.
