Corel Training Description

KnockOut2: multi-platform is a hands-on instruction book that will introduce you to the basics of the KnockOut application package.

Corel Training Prerequisites

To ensure your success in this course, we recommend you have familiarity with personal computers and intermediate experience with graphics software applications, such as Photoshop or Corel Photo-Paint

Performance-Based Objectives
  • Describe the process for knocking out images with KnockOut.
  • Define and edit foregrounds, backgrounds, and transition areas by using drawing tools, process an image, and set a knocked out image into a new visual context.
  • Modify processed KnockOut images with touchup tools, remove unwanted material from an image foreground, and restore foreground detail at image edges.
  • Knock out transparent and translucent images.
