Adobe Training Overview
Adobe Illustrator 9 Introduction is a hands-on instruction book that will introduce you to the basics of Illustrator 9.0. Adobe Illustrator is a sophisticated graphics program capable of creating complex and attractive illustrations and type effects. In this course, you will learn many of the basic skills that will allow you to take advantage of Illustratorâ??s powerful tools.
Adobe Training Prerequisites
We designed Adobe Illustrator 9 Introduction for the student who has little or no experience using Adobe Illustrator and who needs to learn the basics skills that are necessary to begin using this program effectively.
Before taking this course, you should have a basic understanding of your computerâ??s operating system. For example, you should know how to launch an application, create and save files, and copy files from CD and other media.
Hardware/Software Requirements
You will need
- An Intel Pentium or faster processor.
- Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000 operating system.
- A hard disk with at least 105 MB of available hard disk space to install the Illustrator 9.0 software, and an additional 5 MB of free hard disk space for the course data files.
- At least 64 MB of random-access memory (RAM).
- A CD-ROM drive.
- A video card that supports a monitor resolution of at least 800-by-600 pixels.
- Adobe Illustrator 9.
See your reference manual for hardware considerations that apply to your specific hardware setup.
In addition, you will need printers if you want to print the images created in the course
