After Effects 5.0: Advanced (Windows) is a hands-on instruction book that presents advanced level concepts and techniques for animation, compositing, and special effects with Adobe After Effects 5.0.
Adobe Training Prerequisites
After Effects 5.0: Introduction : is a prerequisite. Most students will find a general graphics background and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Premiere helpful, although it is not required.
