Students will learn the fundamentals of contact management using ACT! 2000.
Prerequisites
Windows 98: Introduction or equivalent knowledge.
Target Student
Students enrolling in this course should be familiar with the Windows 98 environment.

window.
- Create, edit, and format
a document by using the ACT! word processor.

Hardware/software Requirements
To run ACT! 2000, you will need
a minimum of 16 megabytes (MB) of Random Access Memory (RAM)
(32MB recommended), at least 50MB of free hard-disk space for a
typical installation, and a 486 or faster processor (a Pentium
133MHz or higher is recommended). See your reference manual for
hardware considerations that apply to your specific hardware
setup.
In addition, you will need
printers if you want to print the reports and documents created
in the course.
